There are many different ways to stand up a Windows Server 2019 Instance that you can find here:

Prerequisites
Before we begin, make sure that you have enabled the Hyper-V feature on the device that you want to install the virtual machine on. If you need a guide, check out my last post. You will also need the Windows Server .ISO from the link above.
Start off by launching Hyper-V and selecting “Quick Create”:
Next, you will need to select “Local Installation Source”
Navigate to the .ISO you downloaded and select it. If needed, select, “Create Virtual Machine”. Once created, you will see it in the Hyper-V manager. Right click on the VM created and select, “Start”.
Once started, double click on the VM . You will need to quickly press any key to boot into the Installation Image. If necessary, you can restart the VM to give yourself more time to press a key:
This will start the installation process. Select, “Install Now”:
Which will then bring up your installation options. Select your desired settings and select “Next”:
Next, it will bring you to the type of Server you want to install. I recommend the 2019 Standard (Desktop Experience) option to give yourself the GUI for Windows Server. Select “Next”:
Accept the license agreement:
Select “Customer: Install Windows only” since we are installing this on a clean VM.
You will need to select the Virtual Hard Disk that was created with the VM:
Which will then begin the installation:
Once complete, you will need to create a Password for the Admin account:
After this completes, you will be able to login:
And you will see a clean Windows Server install!
At this point you have enabled Hyper-V on your local machine and installed Windows Server 2019. The final step is to install Business Central!
